Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, if something isn’t right—we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Sizing

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

As all products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering—we’re happy to help.


Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste.

Because of this, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been submitted.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
