Orders & Billing

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled through a third-party provider (Printful).

Processing times may vary, and shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Returns & Refunds

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund.
